Service description
Calmbook provides appointment scheduling tools for coaches, including booking pages, approvals via WhatsApp, reminders, and calendar syncing.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the content and accuracy of client data you enter.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Calmbook, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activities.
Third-party services
Calmbook relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Twilio, and Google. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or updates as needed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmbook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
