Service description

Calmbook provides appointment scheduling tools for coaches, including booking pages, approvals via WhatsApp, reminders, and calendar syncing.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the content and accuracy of client data you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Calmbook, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activities.

Third-party services

Calmbook integrates with Supabase, Twilio, Google Calendar, and Lemon Squeezy. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may update the service, features, or pricing at any time. We will provide notice for material changes when required by law.
